PS5000 – White Midfire Clay 10kg
A very smooth, plastic, filter-pressed, 120# body. Fires to an off- white at 1100ºC, getting creamier at 1200ºC. Excellent for mid-range tableware and all throwing purposes.
An excellent body for handbuilding, modelling and sculpting at earthenware to mid-fire temperatures. Provides a good base for coloured underglaze decoration or coloured glazes.
An excellent body for school students and handbuilding beginners looking for fine detail. Responds well to 1100ºC bisque.
